Sunny day at the park

This video is of Will at the park today. The girl in the background spinning is my friend Amanda's daughter Anna. Will got his long hair cut yesterday and is really starting to look like a little boy.

William called 911

This evening around 8:00 pm while we were upstairs with William, I saw him pick up the phone and push a few buttons. I just reached over and unplugged it so he could keep pretending to talk on the phone. A few minutes later we went down to the basement.

Apparently, the few buttons he pushed were 9-1-1. While we were in the basement they called back to see if we were okay because there was a "hang-up" from our number. We didn't hear the phone ring so we didn't answer the call. Then they sent the police to our house. We didn't hear them either. No, we don't need hearing aides. We just have a 65" inch TV and a toddler that has been sqawking like the pteradactyls he saw on TV this afternoon. The call center left a message on our voicemail to call them back. I called them and explained what happened. It was embarassing. I am sure our neighbors think we are drug dealers now.

Museum of History and Industry, Seattle, WA - 01/04/08

This museum has a lot of ramps. Will isn't used to walking on an incline. He decided to back down the whole way on his belly like he does the stairs at home.

display.
Will trying to lift the 20lb. and 40lb. salmon. This display was teaching Will that sorting salmon by hand was hard work. He agreed.

He caught it with his bare hands.

Zoolights, Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium, 01/02/09

On Friday night we went to the Zoolights display at the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium in Tacoma, WA

It was only about 35 F but William kept warm with his fuzzy hat and blanket.
